classical plagiarism?

http://open.spotify.com/track/3F8L8q8LUe9kBsnEXrJsnp

i just downloaded a song called:
Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra / Polytech Male Choir / Leif Segerstam, conductor - SIBELIUS: Finlandia, Op. 26 (version for male choir and orchestra)

and 3 parts are practically identical to things i have heard before:
00:00-00:10 - from one of the star wars movies at about 10-11 seconds i expected to hear a high-pitched flute tone. also this is very similar to a garageband loop.
05:35-07:58 - some music used in a mormon/lds church video where it starts out with the words "come". maybe both are using some old hymn/music, i don't know (i never looked either if the lds video credited anybody else or not).
8:01-8:38 (i don't know where i've heard this before. i think a song with a toy gun popping sound, i'm not sure)
(time values based on this version: Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra - SIBELIUS: Finlandia, Op. 26 (version for mixed chorus and orchestra))

hebrew song music from lds jesus christ video

in this certain video about jesus christ, made by the lds church, there is a scene where jesus and his disciples are sitting up in a room, i think on the night before he went to garden of gethsemane, and they were singing a cool tune with words like haleluja. i think this is what they were singing:
a c a# a
a c c
c a# a# a a f# f# a a
c d d# d c c
c a# a# a a f# f# a a
a# a a f# f# d# d# f f
a f# f# d# d# d d
